Painting in nature

As a nature lover, I am particularly impressed by the variety of colors and intensity. In my pictures I let myself be inspired by nature experiences and try to express what I have experienced. My pictures are therefore very straightforward, somewhat idealistic and particularly colorful – they do not show nature as an image, but the essential, characteristic of the motif.

“Every artist dips his brush in his own soul and paints
his own nature in his picture.” (Henry Ward Beecher)

Art not only beautifies our lives, but also enriches them on an essential level. Because it is a living act of creating. Which brings about its real diversity in a real development. Art continues in the experience of the beholder.

The deeper I penetrate into the wonderful mysteries of reality in their infinite variety, the more passionately I struggle for their knowledge and the simpler, clearer, clearer and less artful I express them, the more radiant is the essence of the captured moment.
